Syst\u00e8me d’accumulation automatique de plateaux verticaux \u00e0 servocommande. L’unit\u00e9 de tour permet des transferts verticaux et une mise en m\u00e9moire tampon ou une accumulation automatis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il existe quatre mod\u00e8les selon le type de mouvement requis : Haut, Bas, Haut et Bas et Haut, Lat\u00e9ral et Bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9L\u00c9VATEUR : Transfert vertical du bas vers le convoyeur a\u00e9rien<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prend les plateaux sur un convoyeur de transfert \u00e0 un niveau inf\u00e9rieur et les livre sur un convoyeur de transfert a\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESCENDEUR : transfert vertical du convoyeur a\u00e9rien au convoyeur inf\u00e9rieur. Ramasse les plateaux sur un convoyeur de transfert a\u00e9rien et les abaisse vers un convoyeur de transfert de niveau inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces syst\u00e8mes permettent une accumulation verticale d’une moyenne de 20 plateaux (en fonction de la hauteur plateau\/produit). C’est un syst\u00e8me modulaire, donc si vous avez besoin d’accumuler plus de plateaux, plus de modules peuvent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s ensemble dans une position lin\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

ACCUMULATION : Contr\u00f4le de flux avec capacit\u00e9s de mise en m\u00e9moire tampon, stockages et\/ou versions pour un flux de travail \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. L’accumulateur vertical collecte les plateaux et les stocke jusqu’\u00e0 ce que le flux ait besoin que ces plateaux rentrent, maintenant ainsi le flux de travail constant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUFFERING : la configuration \u00e0 double tour permet une accumulation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e dans le temps, en maintenant FIFO (First-in First-out)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plusieurs tours augmentent la capacit\u00e9, expansion enti\u00e8rement modulaire. Syst\u00e8me \u00e0 deux tours d’accumulation verticales. Les plateaux remontent la premi\u00e8re tour d’accumulation, se d\u00e9placent lat\u00e9ralement sur le dernier niveau et descendent sur le tapis roulant par la seconde tour d’accumulation. Fournit deux fois la capacit\u00e9 et maintient l’ordre premier entr\u00e9, premier sorti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est un syst\u00e8me con\u00e7u pour une manipulation parfaite des plateaux, des planches et des casseroles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a une capacit\u00e9 d’accumulation de 20 \u00e0 100 plateaux par tour, atteignant une vitesse de travail de 24 \u00e0 40 plateaux par minute, ce qui en fait un syst\u00e8me tr\u00e8s efficace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

C’est un syst\u00e8me qui \u00e9conomise du temps et de l’espace. Cela aide \u00e0 ne pas avoir plus de plateaux dans le flux de travail et m\u00eame \u00e0 maintenir le flux de travail avec le nombre appropri\u00e9 de plateaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
