Robotray® Collaborative are robotic arms designed to operate next to employees and assist in repetitive manual tasks including sheet pan unstacking/stacking, rack unloading/loading, carton filling and box palletizing. Additional tasks include product depanning, decorating and pick-n-place manipulation. Custom-made individual tooling with mechanical grippers and/or vacuum cups allow for precise and secure holding, fast retrieval and repeatedly accurate movements. Interchangeable tooling allows for quick change-overs and efficient cleaning. Compact footprint minimizes floor space requirements. Stainless Steel and non-corrosive construction, with minimum horizontal surfaces and bakery proven sanitary design. Adjustable leveling pads with lagging holes to permit fastening directly to the floor. Perimeter guarding permits observation without cover removal, easy access for sanitation and maintenance. Machine mounted, Stainless Steel NEMA12 control enclosure with disconnect is standard. Controls include Omron PLC (if applicable), AC inverters and color touch screen OIT. Stack style flashing lights and annunciation alert attendant to change of operational status, such as when a rack is ready for removal.
