Robotray® Paper Placer is an automated paper handling system that allows for the positioning of pan liners via an overhead traveling vacuum cup mechanism. Capable of placement above indexing conveyor, also works in synchronization with retractile conveyor, and works in conjunction with tray unstacked supplying trays to the production line to minimize delays. The system positions the baking paper one by one on a tray while new trays are entering the production line. It also does so onto trays and/or boxes placed under the retractile conveyor prior to dropping pieces at the end of the production line or in the packaging area. Furthermore, products can be stacked at various heights separated by paper, providing speed and hygiene, allowing for high speed without operators. Designed for speeds up to 28 trays per minute. The paper staging table holds up to 1,000 sheets of paper at a time. Easy to reload while the line is running. Low-level alarm signals employees if the paper is about to be depleted within 2-5 minutes.
